If you already have the materials for this class, you do not have to purchase materials.
Materials include: 2 music CDs, 2 story books, home activity book, instrument and carry case
Choices for materials: $60 or sibling kit - $35

In registering my child, I agree to pay the required amount for the semester. Enclosed is my registration with payment to hold my space in class. I understand that $60.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable if I cancel before semester starts. If teacher cancels, monies will be refunded. I also understand that there are NO REFUNDS two weeks before and after the first class if I cancel. Class credit only in special circumstances that are agreed upon. I also understand there is a $35. returned check fee.
