Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal through our secure check-out. We also accept money orders, and local Personal Checks. If you are paying by check, please note that your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This can take up to a week after it is received. If you will be mailing a check or money order, your check must be received within ten business days. If not, your order will be put back into inventory.

Local Orders

You can still use online purchasing if you are local to NaKee' Natural. To save you money on shipping we offer pick-up service. We can arrange for you to pick-up at a time that will be convenient for both of us. When your order is processed and ready for pick-up, we will contact you to have you make a decision on a day, and a four hour time window. I will leave your package on our front door for that time frame.

Processing & Shipping

We will do our best to process your order within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process an order. There are times we will need to make a batch of product if we are out of stock. If we are not able to do this, we will notify you and give you the option of choosing a different product or a refund of that product. We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate shipping cost of $6.00 for U.S. Priority Mail. If you need it there quicker, there is an expedited method as well, but it is calculated by weight. We will ship daily Monday through Friday. When your order is processed, it will be weighed for correct shipping. It will then be picked up the next day by USPS. Shipping delays usually happen around the holidays, so please plan your orders for this. If you need a different delivery method for faster delivery, please let us know, and we will do what we can to get it to you quicker and in the method you desire.

Insurance

You can purchase shipping insurance for your packages. Please notify us via the comments section of the shopping cart if you would like shipping insurance added to your order. Because we cannot control the fate of packages once they leave our hands, we are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged. Insurance is available at an additional charge. Lost or damaged shipments are rare, but they can happen.

Returns

Due to the fresh nature of the products, we can not accept returns. Please order the smallest size possible if you are not sure about a product. If you don't see a sample size and would like to have one, contact us and we will see what we can do to provide you with one.
